Posting On Linkedin Without This Is Just Noise
Jun 24, 2026
There is a pattern I keep seeing, especially in this market.
People feel the pressure to be more visible and competitive. So they sign up for a personal branding course, or commit to posting on LinkedIn three times a week. And then nothing much changes.
The right people are not reaching out. The effort does not seem to translate.
Here is why.
Visibility without clarity is just noise
Being on LinkedIn does not increase your perceived value. Posting consistently does not either, not on its own.
What are you actually targeting? A clear direction is not "a senior role in a good company." It is specific about the level, the function, the type of organisation, and the problems you want to be solving.
What is your value? This is not your job title or your years of experience but having clarity of your unique value proposition based on what the market needs.
What are your strengths? And more importantly, which of those strengths are most relevant to where you are trying to go?
Without answers to these questions, everything else, the posting, the networking, the course, is built on an unstable foundation.
The reality is that to be seen as a top 1% candidate in 2026, you need the vision, the brand positioning, and the visibility strategy working together. Each one builds on the last.
I’ve had had a lot of response for our one day masterclass waitlist and am going to add an entire section of Linkedin branding that attracts opportunities. If you want first dips when we’ve finalised dates, add yourself to the waitlist here.
Rooting for you,
Angel Kilian
